Compact PUR feedback cable for grating scales and precision positioning systems
Product Overview
This 50 million cycle ultra-high-speed grating encoder cable supports precision position feedback in continuously moving machinery. Its verified design uses TPE-E insulation, a special PUR sheath, twisted signal pairs, PP filling and a dense tinned-copper braided shield. The compact 4.5–4.8 mm reference diameters help routing through confined machine spaces while maintaining the stated 6D moving bend radius. It is suited to optical scale, grating encoder and linear measurement connections exposed to repetitive travel. Available conductor layouts include 28 AWG × 4 pairs plus braid and a mixed 26/30 AWG arrangement. Connector and pinout details are available upon request.
