Product Overview
This 5 million cycle high-flex drag chain power cord uses American-standard cable-core sizing for repeated-motion power connections. The supplied design combines fine-stranded tinned-copper conductors, special PVC insulation, color-identified cores, strand filling and a special PVC jacket. Six reference constructions cover two-core, four-core and combined power-plus-auxiliary layouts, with finished diameters from approximately 5.8 to 10.0 mm. It is designed for moving machine installations where flexible routing, acceleration and repeated bending are required. The sheet lists black and orange sheath options, allowing the final appearance to be selected during sample and order confirmation.
