PUR-sheathed high-flex encoder feedback cable for continuous linear motor motion
Product Overview
This 50 million cycle ultra-high-speed linear motor encoder cable is engineered for continuous feedback and control connections in compact, fast-moving automation equipment. The supplied construction combines TPE-E core insulation, a special PUR outer sheath, twisted signal elements, PP filling and a tinned-copper braided shield. It is intended for repeated bending, oil-prone industrial environments and installations requiring stable signal transmission during rapid acceleration and deceleration. Multiple conductor configurations can be developed around the verified 4 × 2 × 0.2 mm² reference design. Detailed connector termination, reel length and dimensional tolerances are available upon request.

Packaging & Shipping
Cables can be supplied in coils, reels or export cartons selected for the ordered diameter and length. Each package can carry the product reference, length, batch identification and customer label. Palletizing, moisture protection and shipping marks are available for sea, air and courier transport. Exact reel size, carton quantity and gross weight are confirmed after the final specification is approved.
Manufacturing & Quality Control
Production follows an approved specification from conductor preparation and insulation through cabling, shielding and sheathing. In-process controls cover conductor arrangement, dimensions and appearance. Finished-cable inspection can include continuity, insulation resistance and voltage testing where applicable. Samples and inspection documents are available according to the agreed order requirements.
FAQ
What information is needed for a quotation?
Please provide the required construction, cable length, quantity, moving radius, operating environment and termination details for the linear motor encoder cable.
Can the conductor layout be customized?
Yes. Conductor pairing and cross-section can be reviewed against your drawing and electrical requirements.
Can you supply finished cable assemblies?
Connectorized assemblies are available upon request after the connector model, pinout and test requirements are confirmed.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the selected construction, material and packaging. Contact us for the applicable production quantity.
What lead time should buyers expect?
Lead time depends on specification approval, raw-material availability and order volume. A project schedule is provided with the quotation.
Can you provide a sample?
Sample availability depends on the selected construction. Existing samples or a custom pre-production sample can be discussed.
How is the cable tested?
Applicable checks may include conductor continuity, dimensional inspection, insulation resistance, voltage testing and visual inspection according to the approved specification.
How should the cable be installed?
Observe the stated temperature and minimum bend-radius limits, avoid twisting, and provide proper strain relief throughout the moving path.
Can packaging and marking be customized?
Core identification and sheath marking and OEM label, reel and carton design are available subject to artwork and order review.
