This 1.5 million cycle ultra-high-flex drag chain control cable uses color-identified cores for clear machine wiring and maintenance. The supplied construction combines fine-stranded tinned-copper conductors, special TPE-E insulation and a special PVC sheath. Ten reference configurations range from 2 to 20 cores, all using 0.2 mm² conductors, with approximate outer diameters from 4.4 to 8.2 mm. The 6D moving bend radius supports compact high-speed carrier routing within the stated operating limits. Black and gray sheath options are listed for panel and machine identification, while custom printing and assembly services are available for OEM projects.
