Product Overview

This Yaskawa-compatible servo power supply cable harness is designed for power connections in industrial automation, servo drives and moving equipment. The harness combines a black outer cable with a model-specific connector and separated color-coded leads terminated according to the approved wiring drawing. Standard- and high-flex configurations are available for fixed, non-drag-chain moving and drag-chain installations. Connector type, terminal arrangement and cable length must be matched to the target Yaskawa equipment model before production. This is an independently manufactured compatible cable assembly and is not represented as an original Yaskawa product.

Packaging & Shipping

Manufacturing & Quality Control

Production can include incoming-material inspection, wire cutting and stripping, terminal crimping, connector assembly, continuity testing, wiring-sequence verification, dimensional inspection and final appearance checks. For moving applications, the approved cable construction should be selected according to bend radius, speed, acceleration and service-life expectations.
